Earnings begin when the estate enters commercial production and not from your payment date. Timelines are counted from nursery establishment. F1 Tenera trees begin light fruiting around Year 2–3, with consistent commercial production from Year 4 onward as yields ramp up.
The 30% management fee covers all planting, labour, maintenance, harvesting, processing, administration, and reporting for the entire project life. You will never be asked for out-of-pocket payments after your purchase. Your 70% share is the net amount distributed to you from harvest revenue.
